Aria is delivering essential billing functionality for two highly anticipated ServiceNow AI Agents – Bill Issue Remediation and Service Test and Repair – to help automate customer service and support operations.

For the Bill Issue Remediation agent, Aria enables real-time access to critical billing tools, enabling swift analysis of historical activity to identify any anomalies that may have triggered a customer inquiry. It then proactively recommends billing-related solutions to customer concerns, such as processing refunds, applying credits, or adjusting the customer’s service subscription profile.

The Service Test and Repair agent benefits from Aria’s ability to access account status and payment history, helping to determine whether billing issues contributed to any service outages experienced by telecom end customers.
