Security Advisory: Aria’s Response to the Klue Security Incident
Last Update: September 30, 2026
On June 12, 2026, Klue, a competitive intelligence vendor used by Aria Systems’ sales and marketing teams, notified us of a security incident in its infrastructure. An unauthorized party may have accessed business contact information that Klue had retrieved through its authorized connection to our Salesforce CRM between June 11 and June 12. Aria Systems is among multiple organizations affected by this incident.
Aria Systems’ products and platform were not accessed. Our ability to serve customers was not affected.
The information involved includes names, job titles, work email addresses, mobile phone numbers and employer information. It does not include financial account numbers, passwords or government identification numbers.
Our response
In response, Aria Systems took the following steps:
- Immediately revoked Klue’s access to our Salesforce environment upon notification.
- Reviewed our own systems and infrastructure and found no direct evidence of unauthorized access to our environment.
- Notified the relevant data protection authorities as required.
- Worked with Klue to establish the scope of the incident, including which records, if any, were accessed or taken.
