The Aria-Salesforce Connector means you can add or change customers and accounts in Salesforce and have them automatically added or updated in Aria and vice-versa. New plans and pricing work the same way. Contact information, payee information, and quotes are synchronized bi-directionally without requiring trigger thresholds. Plan usage history and unbilled usage are visible in Salesforce and upgrades, downgrades, and new plan additions are easy to make and synchronize right away.
