Similar to the U.S.’s Automobile Association of America (AAA), Falck Assistance provides roadside assistance, home alarms, travel and health and safety services to its subscribers, 1.8 million organizations and individuals in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Falck Assistance is a division of the $1.9 billion Falck Group, which now boasts emergency response services operations in 47 countries on six continents, including North America.

Aria’s support of multiple sales channels will also allow the division to add user self-service web portals in the future.
