Aria Systems recently announced several new capabilities for the Aria Salesforce.com Connector, which combines the Aria Subscription Billing Platform and Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform to help businesses manage their recurring revenue and the entire subscriber lifecycle.
“For those organizations that need to connect the Aria Platform to their Salesforce CRM solution, our connector makes it easy to manage the entire subscriber lifecycle – from customer acquisition to recurring billing to ongoing customer care – directly from Salesforce.com,” Aria Systems president and CEO Tom Dibble said. “This new version will provide them with access to an even richer set of capabilities.”
The improved Aria Salesforce.com Connector includes an enhanced user interface and workflow that offers better consistency between Aria Platform and Salesforce rules.
Additionally, the Connector also features improved quote creation capability, which lets companies establish quotes for new and existing customer accounts.
