Role-based access allows users to view or download (CSV or Excel) detailed activity reports for all areas including customer acquisition, account status, financial data, CSR operations, and User Self-Service. You can export financial data (Quickbooks .QIF or .CSV format) to support external business processes and integration with 3rd party applications.
- What is the benefit of having a web-based application versus traditional software?
-
Delivering software on-demand means you don't need to buy, install, maintain, or upgrade your software and hardware investments. It also frees up your internal resources for core business processes. Our "pay as you grow" model means you subscribe to and pay for functionality based upon the total number of customers you need to manage.
- How does Aria handle overdue accounts?

Overdue accounts are automatically transitioned through Aria's dunning engine. Dunning attempts to collect via the payment of record for the account and notifies the user of unsuccessful attempts. The number and frequency of collection attempts are configurable and based on the company's business rules and preferences.
