GoalSpring Deploys Aria Billing and Subscription Management Platform for Flagship Product
Innovative Financial Management Company Saves $400,000 Annually With Leading SaaS Billing Platform

GoalSpring expects to save $400,000 annually by using Aria’s SaaS billing solution instead of creating a home-grown solution to manage the lifecycle of its subscribers.
GoalSpring’s flagship website, DebtGoal.com, provides unique debt management capabilities for consumers looking to get out of debt and reduce costs associated with carrying debt. Recent financial uncertainty has only increased consumers’ focus on reducing debt, with many consumers citing debt reduction as their #1 financial goal. GoalSpring’s first product, DebtGoal, makes paying down debt as easy and efficient as possible. DebtGoal is an online service that takes into account all of a customer’s debt (credit cards, student loans, car loans and mortgages) and helps them organize, optimize and pay-down their debt. DebtGoal.com has quickly grown to more than 20,000 active users.
GoalSpring is utilizing the increasingly-popular “try and buy” subscription model, where consumers are given an opportunity to test the offering during a free trial period before committing to the paid service. The Aria Billing and Subscription Management Platform supports the “try and buy” model for GoalSpring by enabling everything from initial registration through activation and account management, to billing for paid premium service, all using a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant platform with integrated reporting and analytics.
GoalSpring evaluated other SaaS billing solutions and ultimately chose Aria because Aria provided a more complete and mature solution, capable of supporting GoalSpring’s numerous, sophisticated pricing programs. Aria was also able to deliver integrated reporting and analytics that didn’t depend on an external, third-party application to provide business visibility into revenues as well as subscriber adoption and conversion.
