This powerful solution provides a seamless experience for Salesforce CRM users and end user subscribers alike by providing bi-directional integration taking advantage of the Aria Billing and Subscription Management Platform’s extensive API. When customer orders are placed in Salesforce CRM, the relevant accounts and contacts are automatically created in the subscription billing system. Likewise, if a new customer is created via Aria’s self service customer portal, they are automatically created within the CRM system. Products and price lists are also synchronized automatically. And the single sign-on capabilities in the Aria Billing Platform allow customer service personnel to directly access billing information from within the Salesforce CRM application so that they can quickly answer customer questions related to bills or plans, add new services for the customer, or resolve any billing related inquiries.
