Aria Systems Appoints James D’Arcangelo
PHILADELPHIA, PA - July 8, 2008 — Aria Systems, the leading provider of on-demand billing and customer lifecycle management solutions, announced today the appointment of James D'Arcangelo as vice president of marketing.
In his new role, Mr. D'Arcangelo will be responsible for marketing strategy, communications and branding, and product marketing. Mr. D'Arcangelo is a member of the Aria Systems management team and reports directly to Edward Sullivan, president and CEO.

Prior to joining Aria Systems, Mr. D'Arcangelo was the vice president of marketing at Synygy, the leading SaaS-based provider in the sales performance management space. Prior to that he was vice president of strategic marketing and communications, and indirect channel head, at Global Crossing, helping the company navigate out of its bankruptcy phase and attain profitability. He previously led the marketing organizations at successful start-ups Traffic.com and Media Metrix, and spent nearly ten years in increasingly senior marketing positions and direct and indirect sales leadership roles at Verizon.
Mr. D'Arcangelo is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University where he also conducted doctoral work.
