Aria Systems Shatters Quarterly Bookings Record
Blowout Quarter Marked by Partner Traction and Customer Success
PALO ALTO, CA - July 29, 2010 - ALWAYSON SUMMIT AT STANFORD - Aria Systems, Inc. (http://www.AriaSystems.com), the leading provider of on demand billing and subscription management solutions, today announced its strongest-ever quarterly bookings based on its performance in the second quarter of 2010. Mike Morini, the company’s CEO will be highlighting Aria Systems’ Q2 success later today at 9:45am Pacific Time on the main stage at the AlwaysOn Stanford Summit in Palo Alto, CA.
First-year contract amounts nearly doubled, growing at 90% as larger organizations chose Aria Systems as their strategic partner to drive and automate recurring revenue streams.

• First quarter sales reflect the broad value that the Aria Platform provides, with new customers added across a wide range of verticals including cloud computing and hosting providers, commercial real estate, social media, SaaS B2B, consumer electronics, logistics, and more. New customers added in the first quarter include Roku, Internap, PeopleNet, WebCollage, HootSuite, ASE IT Networks, 1ParkPlace, Motiva79, and many others.

- TimeTrade, the leader in enterprise customer appointment scheduling solutions
• During the second quarter, the company showcased customer implementations that exemplify the wide range of organizations using cloud billing from Aria Systems to automate a combination of one-time, subscription, usage, and tiered-volume revenue streams.
- Fuze Box, a leading provider of Internet and mobile based online collaboration solutions selected Aria Platform Enterprise Edition to automate billing and monetization processes across its entire product portfolio.
- Internap Network Services Corporation, a provider of end-to-end Internet business products and services around the world, selected Aria Platform Enterprise Edition to automate subscription billing and subscription management for Internap’s self-service Content Delivery Network (CDN) offering.
- HootSuite, the Social Media Dashboard, selected Aria Platform Standard Edition to automate monetization of subscription features and services delivered in a “freemium” model that provides a free core offering with additional paid features.
Game-changing Partner Wins and Product and Field Traction
• The company announced Aria SubscriptionsPlus for PayPal, a new subscription management and recurring billing product designed for PayPal’s global merchant base. Aria SubscriptionsPlus for PayPal gives merchants robust, SaaS-based subscription billing capabilities, enabling them to develop or expand their recurring revenue streams. • The company’s partnership with NetSuite continued to blossom, with the companies adding multiple new joint customers in the second quarter. The two companies also continued their close collaboration on product integration, delivering another phase of integration earlier this month.
Awards and Industry Recognition
• Aria Systems was recognized at TiEcon 2010 as a Top 10 Startup in the Software category. The prestigious TiE50 award recognizes the 50 most promising startup companies from five focus fields: Internet, Biosciences, Cleantech, Wireless, and Software. Aria Systems was one of just ten software vendors and the only SaaS billing vendor to be recognized from a pool of nearly 4,000 applicants.
