As Sr. Vice President of Marketing, Jon Gettinger will run worldwide marketing as he has done for many other high-tech software companies with break-through offerings, including Accept Software, Fortify, CodeFast, Acteva and PureAtria. As a seasoned marketing and brand strategist working in the enterprise software category, Jon has created breakthrough strategies that have resulted in exceptional business results. His most recent success was at Accept Software where he re-positioned the product line for purchase. Prior to this Jon worked at Fortify Software where he quickly grew Fortify’s customer base from 200 to 1000 and drove meteoric revenue growth resulting in Hewlett-Packard’s purchase of the company in 2010.
As Aria Systems’ new general counsel, vice president and corporate secretary, Cary Platkin brings 15 years experience helping Internet and software companies in Silicon Valley ready themselves for growth. Most recently, Cary managed the legal department as Lead Counsel for energy management software company C3 Energy. Previously, he founded a successful technology law practice supporting companies in the software and software-as-a-service (SaaS) markets, including Adobe, NetSuite and Marketo. He has also served as in-house counsel at EMC, Siebel and Wired. He holds a B.A. from The George Washington University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco.
