Greater Insight into Subscriber Lifecycle to Enable Optimization of Products and Services
SAN FRANCISCO -
Birst Inc., the leading provider of agile business analytics, and Aria Systems, the leading provider of cloud billing and subscription management solutions, today announced Aria Systems will leverage Birst’s industry-leading expertise and technology to provide its clients with greater insight into their subscribers’ lifecycles. With self-service access to key subscriber information, Aria Systems’ clients will be better able to optimize their products and services with the goal of increasing revenue and subscriber retention.
The Aria Subscription Billing Platform enables organizations offering subscription-based products and services to manage the entire subscriber lifecycle, from customer acquisition to recurring billing to customer care. The company will embed Birst business analytics in the Aria Platform to provide its clients with seamless access to online dashboards that deliver quick, self-service insight into subscriber behavior. Clients will also gain the ability to easily run ad hoc reports and drill down for additional detail.
“The agility of Birst’s technology is an excellent match for our infrastructure, process, and client requirements,” said Derek Choy, vice president of Engineering, Aria Systems. “Birst’s combination of enterprise-class functionality and technological flexibility will enable us to create a seamless experience for our clients while we deliver fast, easy access to the vital information they need.”
Birst is the only cloud-based business intelligence (BI) solution that can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise, as an appliance. After evaluating a number of solutions, Aria Systems selected Birst because of the extensive analytical expertise of the Birst team, as well as the solution’s deployment flexibility, ability to handle Big Data, and quick time-to-market. Also playing a key role in the decision were Birst’s ability to provide users with self-service and mobile access, and export information into a variety of formats that can be leveraged by clients’ applications.
“Through the analysis of data gathered throughout the subscriber lifecycle, organizations can better understand how to enrich their customer relationships, improve existing processes, and maximize the value of every customer exchange,” said Brad Peters, CEO of Birst. “With its flexible deployment options, affordability, and ease of use, Birst makes it possible to efficiently and effectively extract, understand, and act upon this incredibly valuable business intelligence.”
